4 Bedroom House in Marathon, Duck Key

Beautiful and Spacious 4 Bedroom, 5 Bath House on Duck Key. Best Direct Open Water View on the Island with 160’ DOCKAGE, 6’ of control depth and a protective breakwater wall. Each bedroom has their on en-suite bathroom. The house sits on two lots and has a hot tub, tiki hut with picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower, kayaks and paddle boards. Perfect home for a large family. Comfortably sleeps 11.
Upper floor has 4 large bedrooms, ALL with their own private bathroom.
Master bedroom with king size bed. It has ocean an view with en-suite bathroom. The large bathroom has a walk in closet and an ocean view picture window in front of jacuzzi bathtub.
There is a second master with another king size bed. Also ocean view with it’s own bathroom with bathtub.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, desk and it’s own bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has a queen size top and bottom bunk bed and a twin size bed that could be moved to any room if needed. This room also has its own bathroom.
All rooms have room darkening window treatments. The house is built so solid that you can not hear anything going on downstairs! Great for perfect night sleep.
Downstairs has open floor plan living and dining area. Large dining table with 12 chairs.
Washer and dryer downstairs with a laundry shoot from upstairs.
Large outside balcony with outdoor furniture including a table with 4 chairs.
Downstairs has a hot tub deck with wrap around buffet, 2 large benches and gorgeous hot tub.
There is a picnic table under a tiki hut which is beautifully lit up in the evenings.
Outdoor hot and cold shower
Boat house with freezer and a large refrigerator. There is light tackle rods for dock fishing. The dock has LED green light for fishing. Kids can catch fish day and night right off the dock.
2 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards are included.

Summary: We can’t say enough about our stay on Duck Key at this beautiful home! The location is ideal - and the house accommodates a family and guests perfectly. The views are SPECTACULAR. The ocean before you as far as the eye can see, and you have a beautiful view of the sunsets every night. Our guests loved having their own bathrooms (every bedroom has its own bath), and we loved the wide open kitchen/family room areas with sweeping views and access to outdoor porches. We took advantage of all the house has to offer - fishing off the dock, hot tub and taking the kayaks around the canals and out exploring into the ocean. The owners could not have been more accommodating - super hospitable and made us feel right at home. Neighborhood is friendly and walkable - perfect for walking a dog or exploring new routes. A gem in the Florida Keys!
